![]() I was just browsing the [email protected] site and noticed my client isn't the newest one. I want to upgrade it, but I don't want to mess up the current WU. Is there any special thing I need to do to keep it from having to start over? Will it do it automatically? Or do I have to wait till this one finishes before I install the newset version? Thanks.. |

![]() You should be able to change to the new client and it will continue doing the same WU until completion from where the old client left off. Just make sure the old one isn't running anymore before you do anything. |

![]() One other thing you could do if you're worried about losing the current WU. Stop it from running, and make a backup copy of your [email protected] folder. That way, if you update to the current version and it dumps your current WU, you can restore things and wait until the WU finishes. |

![]() You can usually just delete the folding exe and replace it with the new one. As previously stated though, make sure you shut down the client before you do anything.
