They are nVidia sponsored... also not a first nVidia sponsored title to do this. Where the RayTracing is nVidia only at launch and it opens up later.

Only two reasons I can see why that would be...

- nVidia is paying for timed exclusivity without disclosing it.
- The RayTracing is coded by nVidia and the DXR path isn't ready yet.

But that's just me speculating a bit. Hopefully it's patched in quickly

20 hours for main campaign

80 hours for main and ALL side quests

500 for all main, side, alternate endings, total map reveal, collectibles etc

I suspect game length will be around 40-50 for most, based on this.

As long as i can do a campaign and its not too much travel here, back here travel out to same location again, return, out, return, rinse, repeat then i'm good with buying it. Not a completionist myself so 500 could be 5000 for all I care. I just want to be able to finish the main storyline and not get get bored.

One of the newer videos I've watched seem to imply during a cutscene the shadows are aliased. Anyone else notice this? On a brighter note, the character models look good imo.

Releasing a broken game in February would be the dumbest decision anybody could ever make. Actually I wonder if there is a correlation between month released and bugginess? My gut feeling is that games released Oct/Nov would be more buggy but it's probably just random.

Watched more unedited gameplay, honestly it's looking kinda janky, and the gore system appears to be worse than the first game somehow, also a lot of clipping going on, human enemies stand there to be hit, walk off buildings, etc.

Also, they changed the art style quite a bit since the first trailer, and maybe not for the best. Night time in first game was cool due to how dark it was, here it's like the game is in day mode with a blue tint filter on at night...
