Is this a good deal on a gaming laptop?

I new to this board and I have three small quick questions.

1st, what is the clock speed difference between the Radeon 9600 Pro Turbo and the regular 9600 Pro?

2nd, is it true they are coming out with a Radeon Mobility 9800 soon, I heard it from several reliable sources?

3rd, is this a good deal on a gaming laptop?

the price doesnt seem to be too bad at all... but your "reliable" sources must be rather unreliable, cuz the mobility 9700 is coming out soon, not the 9800...
