Option to disable embedded videos

I'd be nice to have an option similar to "Disable Images" in User CP to hide YouTube and other kinds of videos on this board.

For those of us that are "stealth browsing".

Agreed, but I'd keep it simple, and suggest that the existing "Disable Images" functionality be modified to hide both images and embedded video. I can't imagine a situation in which one would want to hide one, but not the other.
