Awesome review, Steve!

ATI has had a winner with the 4000 series and this is the crown jewel. I can't wait to see what the 5000 series will be like.

Please, ATI, can we have per game profiles?

Default Folding benchmarks?

Has anyone thought about doing some folding benchmarks? I was just kind of curious, though not that it would make any impact on my buying decisions (or I'd have gotten an Nvidia card instead). However, I've seen a lot of "talk" about Stream vs. CUDA, but nobody (other than AMD or Nvidia) seems to have cared about making actual GPGPU benchmarks, it seems...

That would be a solid addition to the review process.

Not quite; NotFred's folding CD only benchmarks the Linux CPU [email protected] client.

The is currently no standardized testing methodolgy for GPU folding. But it is something I want to address...

Ah, yes, you are correct. When I read SSXeon's question, I answered it without putting it into context. Thanks for the clarification.
