Depends on the amount of VRAM in the 9800GTX. If you have 512MB then any kind of high resolution textures, or AA, will tank the frame rates pretty hard. The rest of the time the 5750 will be about the same, depending on the title, but use a lot less power and generate a lot less heat, in a smaller form factor.
