Whether or not this makes the game worth purchasing on PC instead of console is entirely down to your individual standards. For me, it doesn't.
Considering that the console versions sometimes has single digit framerates, the pc port with all its issues is still the best version.
And definitely the one to pick if you own both a console and pc.
