Conclusion

Pros:

  • Attractive exterior
  • Well-designed side window
  • Solid construction
  • Decent cooling options
  • Excellent HHD mounting design
  • Extremely versatile

Cons:

  • Inconsistent use of screw less design
  • More expensive than HAF 912

The CM Storm enforcer is undeniably an impressive case. It is a very attractive chassis with above average cooling options, excellent construction, and outstanding versatility. But at the same with the front cover and extra paint stripped away it’s still essentially a HAF 912. This is an issue because the HAF 912 is available from stores like Newegg for as much as $30 less than the Enforcer. As great as the screw less 5.25” drive holders are, I frankly don’t think they're worth that much.

Don’t get me wrong, the Enforcer is an outstanding case as an overall package. However, when you start breaking it down, the HAF 912 is the more logical choice. If you don’t mind the extra money for the upgrade in looks and extra hardware, then I’d recommend the Enforcer. If you goal is for the most bang-for-your-buck then I’d have to recommend the HAF 912. For this reason I give the Enforcer 4/5 stars.
