3DMark 11:

Futuremark's 3DMark 11 Performance and Extreme modes allow us to see the effect of the clock differences between our test specifications. We recorded results for Entry, Performance and Extreme presets.

Below you can see the relative performance of the cards in the column, against the card listed in the first row entry, for the 3DMark 11 Performance test:

Below you can see the percentile differences of the AMD FX 8350 and the other tested components:

As the graphics workload increases, the CPU becomes less important, naturally. Here we can see that the CPU makes a lot of difference at low and medium resolutions but is almost insignificant at 3DMark 11's highest settings, with 2% seperating the scores of the FX's and Core i's, only the X6 is further behind at 5% back, which it gains back with the overclock.
