Memory Performance

We used AIDA64 to give memory bandwidth results for read, write and copy operations:

Below you can see the percentile differences of the AMD FX 8350 and the other tested components:

DDR3-1333 on Intel's Core i-series gives similar performance to DDR3-1866 on AMD's FX. Except for write performance, in which AMD lags Intel by more than 40%. AMD must address the integrated northbridge and memory controller on the next revision, instead of hoping that memory speeds (i.e. DDR4) will cover their problems. Meaning that they should already have addressed it, and it's in testing right now for 2013's Steamroller based products. Fingers crossed?
