Futuremark's 3DMark 11 Performance and Extreme modes allow us to see the effect of the clock differences between our test specifications. Performance mode is somewhat CPU limited, whereas Extreme mode is very much GPU limited.
Below you can see the relative performance of the cards for the 3DMark11 Performance test:

Below you can see the same, but for the Extreme test:

So, these results should give us some expectations for what we're going to see in testing, there will be no difference in stock performance other than normal benchmark variance, and we should see some nice dual GPU scaling.
