I am cheffing up a Prime Rib Roast tonight -- will post up some after shots. What are you having?

No camera but reheating some sheperds pie from last night. I just made too much and I have no idea what to do with all the god damn potato left over.

dude, you eat a ton of red meat.

nothing wrong with that, just saying though.

I live in Canada's version of Texas, its a little tough to avoid. That said, I eat much more fish and chicken than I do beef.

Now, healthwise -- I will never give up cow. Especially cow like this.

Some baked chicken, baked asparagus, and some rice from a box.

I would much rather be eating that prime rib!

Chunky soup. BIG FREAKING DEAL. My house is bare but I'm going home for xmas break so I'm not buying much beforehand.

I've had Karađorđeva šnicla ("Karadjordje's steak"), here's info about it.

The steak is sometimes called "girls' dream" (девојачки сан, devojački san), and so is jokingly concluded that it must have been modeled after certain part of Karadjordje's anatomy.

And now I'm hungry, and it's just after midnight. If I eat now, I'll be fat. Damn.

[edit] Here's a picture of it:

Have some Beef Tenderloin in the freezer.

Going to throw it on the grill for a few seconds and have some nice blue-rare steaks .

Sirloin steak with capsicum, mushrooms, red onion, snow peas and some kind of curry sauce. Felt good man.

Looks like I am not the only one eating well tonight. Well I thought I would share the rub I use on rib roast:

Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
2 whole heads of garlic -- chopped and mashed to consistency of horseradish
Couple big blobs of prepared horseradish
LOTS of kosher sea salt
LOTS of freshly ground pepper
LOTS of olive oil

Mix all together in pestle and mortar or in a mixing bowl -- completely cover roast. Also make sure to drink wine during cooking process.

Thank you for rubbing that in!
