On a gigabyte p35 mobo, the e6600 scored 5.4 win7 experience index. now its on a gigabyte p31 mobo and the experience index is only 4.1, both tested at 3.0ghz and it shows in games, a lot of stuttering. Anyone know what could be a possible cause of this?
