32 bit linux

So I've got my hands on a linux box I want to fold with, however it's OS is 32 bit (with no option of changing) so i can't run the SMP client.

This box has a i5 in it though, so since i can't run a SMP client I'd have to do 4 separate installs setting the client ID accordingly, is that correct?

In this case I'd also be getting crap for ppd to wouldn't i? Since i wouldn't be getting those A3 and A5 WU's?

no option for VM?

ppd could fluctuate greatly. if you get a4s on 4 cores, you could get more ppd than a standard smp client. if you get 78s, you would be lucky to break 1k ppd total.

i stand corrected, so long as VT is turned on it's possible. I don't have physical access to the box though so i'm not sure if VT is turned on.
