The faster lithium batteries charge, the worse it is for them. It's best to charge them at a slow to moderate rate. I use my wireless charger before bed because it's a slow charge, I also just use the cable and fast charging if I need a quick boost.
 
I plug mine in at home when I get the 15% battery warning. While driving it's plugged in too. Rarely do I charge overnight while sleeping, having a fast charging phone and 3500mah battery helps


Same here, 4000mAh battery and SuperCharge helps a lot. Haven't seen any negative side-effect of SuperCharge with my last phones.
 
Unplug in the am and plug it back in the next morning, and plug into the truck during the day if the GPS sees a lot of use.

Mostly don't worry about it.
