Their charts show parity with the 2080. I hope they undercut Nv on price by a HUGE margin.

Yeah so lowest price of 2080s Nvidia could easily just do a price drop of 50 to 100 to f with AMD

Yeah, so it will come down to how well that Radeon 7 OCs to make up for the lack of Ray tracing support. I think they should have come in around 599 to really put the squeeze on Nv.

but i'll wait a bit for price drops
 
I don't want to be a debbie downer, but 100+ fps in forza horizon 4 at 1080p isn't that impressive.
 
I mean I don't know about 12c 16 c parts they could have shown off those if they wanted and crushed Intel in the demo. This also tells me they haven't hit their frequency goals on the CPU yet

The 8 core cpu is off center so to me says they intend to make room for another chiplet. They might be having 7nm yield issues which is no surprise for a new node as they are giving us 60 out of 64 CU's in vega2. The 64's going to pro cards.

But she was clear the 3k ryzen will drop into existing am4 with just a bios update. That news was huge.
