DS to GameCube adapter possible?

I really like the look of the New Super Mario Bros game. Any chance of a DS to GameCube adapter?
 
I haven't tried any of this but you could probably get a DS emulator and buy a gamecube controller adapter for your pc. It may not work that well but it would probaly work. Thats probably the closest you'll get to a DS to gamecube adapter.

Id be surprised if nintendo released an adapter like they have for the GBA. The dual screen and touch screen would probably make it a little difficult.

DS emulator? nothing like that as far as I'm aware ...

i tried a few months ago, there are a few that work, but back then emulation was still very buggy and slow
 
I have no idea if they work. I have a DS so I've never had a reason to try any of them. I found a site with a bunch of links to ds emulators and it sounded like they worked. I didn't post it because I assumed it was against the rules.
 
there isn't a working ds emulator that i am aware of, but the roms have all been dumped so it's only a matter of time.

yeah, i'm just waiting on the ds lite to release in the us. i'm glad i didn't get screwed on a nintendo handheld this time. i knew if i held out long enough there would be a redesign.
