In our 5th year doing this it is amazing how many members are participating throughout. I hope it has helped you as it helped me keeping my backlogs in check while enjoying my games.

As many have seen, I have completed a lot of games last year and still managed to do my hobbies, take care of family, career and the occasional travel (not counting 2020).

Not every month someone will be finishing a lot, as there are months where a person just can't finish anything. Then you got that streak going in another month.

Also, if you plan to replay the game, it is fine but don't repeat it at a later month as first completion is what counts.

Another thing is the criteria of what is considered completed in unclear games such as team based multiplayer games; I would say set a target for that. E.g. I considered Overwatch completed when I reached level 100. Or when I finished story mode (which was a long movie sequence) in Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator. You decide what you consider is completed as long as it is reasonable to a certain extend and correlate-able to a single player experience.

DLC completed at a separate time from the main game and has enough content (+1 hour) can be counted as a separate completion.

Console completions can be accepted as long as the main focus is still PC overall.

Completed Games:
696-Battlefield 2042: Season 2 - Master of Arms

Spent too much time in Lost Ark (which I hopefully have just quit) and progressed Elden Ring. Though completion wise, my list is short:

696-Battlefield 2042: Season 2 - Master of Arms: Good map but overall, too little too late.

P.S. Apologies for delay.

P.S. Apologies for delay.

I had confidence it would get here eventually!

2 for me.

Black Mesa. Last levels were nuts. What I expected to be a 10 - 12 hour game ended up being over 20, and I couldn't even play it for more than 20 minutes at a time because I just kept getting too stressed out. The puzzle levels were a welcome break.

Metal Hellsinger. Great OST with "celebrity" vocalists. Serj Tankian didn't show up until the final boss, and that was really annoying to listen to, but it was only the one track. Rest of the vocalists were great. Good game clearly geared towards metal heads; average person would probably not like it. Level design is basic, graphics are meh, gameplay is the same from level 1 until the end. 5 hours.

1 game:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (single player campaign)

5 games in September:

IMMORTALITY, Endling, Broken Pieces, Little Orpheus, Return to Monkey Island

Lacuna - Sci-fi thriller point and click.
Inscryption - Not a fan of CCGs in general but this had plenty of its own twists to keep it interesting.
Machinika Museum - Short but decent.
Submerged Hidden Depths- Not as good as the first one but free.
Papetura - Short P+C. Stylish but so-so.

Only five this month though I've been plenty busy with stuff like DCS and PCars 2.

2 for me in September:

Shady Part Of Me
Entropy: Zero 2 (It's no Black Mesa, but for a freebie, it's really good.)

It's a multi-player game but I'm going to count The Cycle: Frontier. I got about 14 hours of play time out of it, but had my fill and don't intend to play it again.

So, 1 for the month.

Finished 1 game for September - Subnautica

Played through GTAV recently and switching it up and playing Final Fantasy III on NES.
