I didn't see any threads or posts about this game, so I started one. My wife and I just got this game a few days ago. We always look for good co-op FPS games to play together. This is one of those games. We bought it on sale for $24.00 per copy. Great value.

All the recent posts are positive. It locks like it had a rough start, but it's good now. Really nice visuals and interesting gameplay. The machines are challenging enough so far. The world is seamless and really pretty to look at. The weather and day/night system is also pretty cool. It feels really authentic and realistic. Characters are also realistic and not cartoony.

We're only a little ways into the game since we just started playing, but we're looking forward to continuing. We're also apprehensive about eventually meeting the tanks and harvester machines...

Any of you all playing this?

My brother and I were playing this together. It's pretty fun but also pretty barren to explore. Unless they changed something almost all houses and some structures all had the same layout.

I saw it when it was "Popular Upcoming" and wishlisted it. It came out to horrible reviews and I removed it from my wishlist. Humble Monthly included it with one of their bundles; at this point the recent reviews went from Mostly Negative to Mostly Positive. They updated it twice since then and now recent reviews are Very Positive.

Might be my next install. /subscribed to thread

Thought it looked like a decent FPS...then saw it was yet another "survival" game and bleh...I just don't have the patience for any more than one at a time. No mans sky is it for me.

It's all fine and dandy unless you're one of those people who like to customize keyboard controls. I gave up on it. Stupid game!

OTOH, their other game "Second Extinction" is a Dino survival Co-op. I play with a couple friends each weekend. Great game. Don't go out alone.

I had watched since they announced it. I waited until it had been out for a whle before considering buying it. All the patching has obviously helped.

I never play survival games, so this is a first one for me. I'm enjoying it with the wife. There are some same-y elements, but there is also a lot of variety. We just getting some good weapons and ammo and the combat is getting a lot more fun. I wish there was a written manual for it, though.
