GPU prices begins to sink ....

This guy analyze the gpu market and explain why in the year 2022 prices will go down

I have a shop in my country that discounted the new GPU's both nvidia and amd.
In the second hand market gpu's got cheaper.My vega56 in germany is selling for around 600$ lower from over 700$
Some RX6800 non XT ebay listings finished around 1090$
I can buy a brand new 3080 10gb for 1600$.This was not the case before.
The goood news is things may crash nicely before the new gen gpu series in q4 2022.. Fingers crossed
 
Wow you stated the obvious news. This was known last year as well. Proof of stake will likely kill GPU mining. The current price compression is not helping either.

There was a drop of prices last year and then a period of stagnation and now(january) prices drop again.
