try the rage3d drivers page!
If you can't install drivers, VESA mode will work fine, if not slow. Press space bar when the square flashes in the top corner of the Beos loading screen. Select a safe display mode, 1280 @16 bit works fine!.
If you get the drivers installed and you get a monitor out of sync error (monitor goes black) follow the same procedure as VESA mode, except it will use the drivers, not VESA!
