Help me increase my output please.

Alright everybody. I have a pretty decent system I think.

Core i7 920 OC'd at 3.2Ghz
12 Gig RAM
2 Nvidia GTX285's


Now, I'm currently running the GPU folder. What else can I do to increase my points?

That system is screaming for an SMP client, with that OC you may even be able to pull -bigadv work units!

Also, I assume you are running clients on both GPUs?

I have no idea how to run a client on both GPUs. I would love to though.

create two folders, copy the client into each. start the client with the -gpu 0 parameter on one GPU, and -gpu 1 on the other. Give them different client ID's in the user configuration (last question of the console setup process, at the bottom of the client in the gui version).
Post back if you need more help.

For the CPU, use the SMP client and start it with the -smp 8 -bigadv options.
Make sure you have your passkey entered.

ok, which GPU client are you using? how do you run it?

I'm currently using the GPU2 client built for Nvidia. I downloaded, installed it, and just let it run while I'm sleeping.
