Well the trailer they showed didnt really say much about the game, kinda hard to get excited about something like that.
I dunno, maybe it´s just me but when they dont show gameplay I kinda feel they might aswell not show anything.
I read it as a potential lack of confidence in the game, and cutscene trailers are a dime a dozen.
Maybe they were impressive at one point, but it feels like that was a long time ago.
But a new infamous in a more dynamic, destructible and better looking setting could be interesting, though that´s not really what they´re selling here, it´s just a smug kid throwing fireballs at the cops.

I liked Infamous 2 more than one, actually ive just completed it as evil. couldnt be bothered to go back and do good.
I found a lot of mission samey and i just complete it to make room on my PS3 for more PS+ goodies, I didnt find there was enough things to do to hold my interest, couldn't put my finger on what i didnt like about it.
It did get a lot more interesting when i got the power that allowed you to fire electric and be pulled up the side of buildings but that was near the end (felt like spiderman a bit then).
The third game well, i will get it but it will be in a year to 2 years time when its cheaper to buy perhaps on re-release with the extras dlc's maybe.

Loved the first one, the second kinda lost me as it changed too much of what I loved about the first one. I am hoping that the recapture the heart of the first one.

After that massive PSN outage I got Infamous 1 for free. I only played it for 3 hours before putting it down. I played the Infamous 2 demo and still the game still felt pretty dull.
