Is my Seasonic Tx-850W going bad? Shutdown once

had something like that too, only with one game (Heroes & Generals) and not PSU-related, i'd get bluescreens or even hardlocks out of nowhere and only with this particular game on TWO complete different pcs. Never figured out why, i just stopped playing that game

As for the op, i'm curious to see what's the culprit here.

BSOD is generally not a sign of a PSU failing in my experience. More software/driver related.

I had a seasonic platinum that liked to randomly shut off. This was in 2018 when I had a couple 1080ti in my system mining zcash. I replaced that power supply with a evga and the problem disappeared.

I was not pushing it past the 80% rule either so it was not drawing too much current. The evga I replaced it with was the same rating too and worked much better.

I haven't gone back to seasonic since and while I know a lot of people swear by them.. once bitten twice shy.

But router not shutted down.
Laptop on connected to other power cord in this moment, and in eventlogs there was not log about power mode changing to battery. So i think power was on in house. Also router plugged to wall dont turned off, because WIFI was active on laptop ,though.

R2011 first digits of S/N psu.
In this moment pc just shutted off then boot up again for 1 second and shutted down again and stay OFF. Why two times?

Also
It's not overcurrent protection getting triggered or it is?
That causes complete shutdown of PSU needing power cycling to clear it.
I don’t have to flip switch.

Also in bios have Restore on AC power: POWER ON. So everytime when i cut power by switch off button in power cord and then again turning on ,pc automaticcaly booting up.
So why in time when i had that shutdown he not booted again automatically? ( if that was power outage of course ). Thanks

After when pc shutdown ,maybe after 10 seconds i saw that monitor flickered once. So i was thinking that after 10 second power back. Ok fine...but why then router and laptop was not affected then?

PS:
That monitor i dont understand. Is this possible that only pc lost power due to external cause or still it was psu?

I already explained this too you. You had a power surge, the monitor and PC were effected. The PSU did what it was supposed to do, trip surge protection and over voltage protection and shutdown to protect the system. Your monitor also flickered which indicates a power surge.

The reason the notebook and router were not effected either the surge protector worked on those plugs or if you had it plugged in somewheres else wasn't effected.

Replace the surge protector if you are using one and invest in a UPS, you blow enough money on your PC so you can afford a nice UPS for your setup.

I would have gone with the 1000w Titanium as I am sure you are using more then 50% of that 850w.
