Is there a way to quickly enable/dsiable TV-Out on a Rage 128?

Trying to get something that will quickly enable/disable tv out on this Rage 128 32MB card .. any ideas of a little app to do this without going the display/properties/advanced etc. .. route?

I also found somewhere that Ctrl+Alt+F* hotkeys can enable/disable tv-out .. is that true?

WinXP, SP2
