Appreciate the feedback.
Its hard to take the human out of the equation ... we're all creatures of bias. The goal is to minimize this, and maintain a team approach that hopefully balances things out. How about you shoot me a PM with more specifics, and we'll bring it up in a staff discussion.

I just want to make sure you understand that everything that was said was well documented before you start discussing things to others about this person you have issues with.

So to you, me discussing something is automatically complaining. And you by default take a defensive posture by saying, "I have all the dirt on you don't try and make things up". Why would you assume I would? Do you feel guilty about something? Did you do something wrong so you're preemptively making sure you can defend yourself? How do you know I was even talking about you?
And you wonder why this place is dying.
You're right I should have said 'discussing' instead of complaining. I'll revise my last post to reflect that.

After speaking with staff a bit, I've come to realize that what I'm seeing is resulting from P&R spill over behavior.
I avoid P&R, and therefor haven't been seeing the behavior there. Understanding that, I suppose I'm a bit off base with my observation of bias.
No need to read into it anymore than that.

This forum doesn't have enough active members, is that supposed to be secret? Can't discuss that? Taking a heavy handed approach and banning people because they don't share your political views is not exactly helping.
You banned me from PR because of some vague threat, you never told me why. You never sent me a PM explaining anything, never offered an explanation outside of "I warned you". The fact is you came into PR with "there's a new sheriff in town" attitude and fixed what was not broken.
If you don't like the above too bad, this is the feedback forum well there's my feedback. I'd PM you and talk about this stuff but you didn't even have the class or decency to do that back when, so **** it.
