laptops with x1700?

I have been unable to find laptops with the x1700 in it.... actually I did find one, the ASUS F3Jp, but it seems to only be available in Australia (?)....

anywayz, anyplace in the US where you can get an intel core duo 2 with x1700?

You can try to find the Asus W2P laptop since it can have x1700 and 1920x1200 WUXGA screen. (I know it's only a press release, but no actual resellers carry it)

Not to resurrect from the dead, but...
The Asus A8jp has t7200 cpu and x1700 video. Mine arrived today.

The 14" is bigger than I thought and the 5.25lbs is heavier than I thought.
Now, this is very subjective as it's still small and light. It's just bigger and heavier than I expected.

I have the a8jp. I can run supreme commander on low settings without shadows at 1440x900 @ 25-60 fps. NEver goes below 25.

I can run company of heroes at 30+ fps with settings on high.. shadows on low.

It completely dominates CS Source or any source based game for that matter.


Will run oblivion @ medium settings @ 20 fps+

Very nice laptop for the price. I am in love with it. VEry nice to be able to pack up and game anywhere.

why don't you try a sager notebook from www.powernotebooks.com . they ONLY cary Nvidia GPU notebooks, which beat any ATI offering on the market today, you can get the NP 5790 with the 7950GTX, top of the line Notebook GPU out today for a great price, I use ATI in my PC, but if I was to get a laptop today it would have an Nvidia GPU in it, not only are Nvidia Laptop GPU'S more abundant than ATI but are also better, sorry to break you the news.
