Someone online did a translation of the video.

The car is produced exactly were the 4C was made, but the location was completely renovated and modernized. Also the carbon tub was developed in collaboration with Dallara (like the 4C's) and is produced by the same company which made the 4C's tub, in the southern town of Airola (Adler Group). The tubs are shipped in the blue crates you can see at minute 3:36 in the video.
There is pretty much no steel in the car, apart from some fittings, a couple of brackets and the axles (which are hollow steel). The front and rear structures are aluminium.
The car is assembled while only primed, the panels aligned and squared, then disassembled again and painted. The panel gaps are +/-1mm or +/-2mm, depending on the area of the car.
The Nettuno engine, the new V6 with double combustion chamber and counter-spinning twin turbos (not within the V, as customary nowadays, minute 20:05), is assembled in the same factory, where it also gets joined to the gearbox and lowered in the car by means of a complicated pre-programmed robot (minute 7:55).
The double wishbones all-round are forged aluminium and present a "semi-virtual" lower arm. They are already compatible with the upcoming all-electric version of the car. The anti-roll bars are present but not adjustable, since the shocks themselves can electronically control the rolling on the car while on the move (minute 12:05).
380mm carbon brakes with 6-piston Brembo calipers. 90% of all components come from Italy, and a great share of those come from the "motor valley" (Emilia Romagna, where all the likes of Lamborghini, Dallara, Ferrari and Pagani are at home).
The car has some electronic safety features, but nothing aimed at "self-driving" or steering inputs, and undergoes significant testing, since it is effectively still in pre-production.
Two cameras are at the back of the car, one for parking purposes and another as a rearview mirror, with two different angles.
The design of the wheels, much criticised, derives from the wheels of the "Birdcage" 75th anniversary prototype.
The cabin filter is a normal element, but they are considering something on the lines of a HEPA filter.
No hybrid version is planned.

200 Gs for a 600 HP car. Only a dumb ass will buy it. Plus interior looks like 5 years ago.

The amount of power doesn't directly dictate the capabilities of a vehicle. However, for the vehicles it's set to compete against, it's setup to do very well. It's in the same target area of the:

McLaren 570s (562 hp)
Audi R8 (611 hp for their top trim)
Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R (577 hp)
Porsche 911 Turbo S (640 hp)

There are a few more in that $200k USD range but those are a few that are in similar price/performance ranges.

Aren’t the cars that you listed much cheaper than $200K? Like an R8 or a Porsche is about $150K.

The R8 comes in two packages, (Plus and non-Plus outside of the Coupe/Spider choice). The Plus version is obviously the higher one just over 600 hp. The MSRP is $172k USD, but you cannot take one off a lot for MSRP.

R8 Plus example: https://www.carsforsale.com/vehicle/details/68525606

You can find the non-Plus version for around $180k USD (which is under 600 hp). As for the Porsche 911 Turbo S, it starts at $203k, and similarly you won't find anything at that price. For that model, you are looking around $230k new.

We are comparing "new" prices.

Wow, prices have really increased this year then. Maybe I am not in the know. Damn. A turbo S is now $230K? Wtf?

You seemed to be fixated on the 600hp number, so I provided you what other cars are around 600hp and what they cost. Sure, there are some cars like the Nissan GT-R which are around 600hp and costs less. However, it also weighs about 1000lbs heavier than this car will weigh.

Porsche has other models that are cheaper, but they are also less powerful (however that doesn't make any less of a car). Also, they do have more expensive 911 models than the Turbo S. ;)

For some reason my reference point for a Porsche 911 Turbo was $150K. I am growing older is all I can say. But yes I did think a 600 HP Porsche would be around that price range. I am aware that the GT2 and GT3 models are insanely expensive but then those aren’t comparable to this car anyway.

Also the Audi R8 that I remember with 600 HP was around the $150K mark.

Either way I really feel that for a Maserati this is quite over priced. And the tech in the car is not appealing to me.

Its a status piece. You can rest assured that unless youre in some Maserati club you most likely wont drive by another person with the same car.

Exactly... People won't be buying it "for the tech that in it". People won't be buying it because it has the most luxurious interior. The people that will buy these cars likely have several cars near or around that same level which fit different needs.

But its a MASERATI!!

Not an Audi, not a porsche, not a Benz, a MASERATI!!!

Its more of a prestige piece catering to the more money than sense crowd.

a dude i knew with rich parents got a Maserati GT in like 2013ish while he was still a teen or maybe just turned 20. He promptly spun it out somewhere and the repairs were 20k
