Mobile HD2700 from AMD

Well I have to say I am excited about a new laptop gpu from ATI, but at the same time I was a little upset when I found it does not support dx 10.1 and it is built using 65 nm..... I mean they got desktops on 55 nm already! :)

does it really matter though? sometimes I feel like it does, cuz laptops are hard to upgrade ...

In the end though, at least for me, if the part perfoms well with low heat and good battery life for its price range then I don't care, but until then i feel sort of unimpressed

Its just a HD 2600 with higher clocks probably, so weak

I wouldn't say the HD2600 is weak for a mobile card, I can play Oblivion on it and it hit 730/423 without going over 60C.
