NE 1 seen the Batman FMV clip for GC

Wow wow wow it almost looks as good as the duke numk em forever preview i also like the look of Metriod prime pity the actual clip of game footage is really short. The Xbox's movie of DoA3 is stonking but iv'e heard somewhere that the one shown at E3 was running on a development machine and not an actual XBox any one now about that???

It's not going to be very long before the actual in-game stuff starts to look like the CG movies we see now...I can't wait

The clip of Metriod Prime looked like it used the actual gameplay engine and that looked great. but yes the next-next gen of consoles will hopefully bring us up to those sort of graphical levels.

Wow, thanks to the 2 peoples that reminded us its pre-rendered even though its clearly stated as FMV in the subject


anyway, the metroid prime fmv actually used the real-time models and textures. They probably just turned it into FMV cause their engine was too early or had too many bugs etc etc. FMV is fast to make, especially when you already have the models and textures ready.
