I recently rebuilt my computer (C2Q Q9400, Radeon HD4850, 4GB ram, still running XP SP3), and I would like to get a new TV card. I already have an old TV Wonder Pro, but I was wondering if there is something better for these specs. Thanks!
-EDIT- I'd like one that can still record from a video source (i.e. VCR), and can record cable TV. Possible HDTV (I know I'll need Vista for that if I go with an ATi solution).
