Nvidia RTX Voice

NVIDIA RTX Voice is a new plugin that leverages NVIDIA RTX GPUs and their AI capabilities to remove distracting background noise from your broadcasts, voice chats, and remote video conferencing meetings. This allows users to "go live" or join a meeting without having to worry about unwanted sounds like loud keyboard typing or other ambient noise in noisy environments. RTX Voice also suppresses background noise from players in loud environments, making incoming audio easier to understand.

Completely eliminates my mic picking up the clicks from my mechanical keyboard. Impressive considering my mic is less than a foot over the keyboard.

You can run ray tracing on non RTX hardware like a 1080Ti as well, so this wouldn't be any different. But there might be compromises. Probably not as much since this is audio only. This plugin is somehow hugely popular though after just a few days of release, guess must be a boon for Discord/Skype users.

Because this couldn't be timed better. Most of us are stuck at home and using services like Zoom, Skype, Teams etc allot more than normal.

my microphone is picking up zero background noise now. normally if i move my chair it would pick it up and my viewers would hear it. the ultimate test will be when a train comes through about 2 blocks away :)

It's funny the sort of things allot of us got used to just having with a SoundCard's software. Now most of us no longer even have a dedicated sound-card and features like this just vanished.
