Problem uninstalling and reinstalling Remote wonder

When I try to uninstall my Ati RW I get the message Unable to locate C;\windows\Installer\5bc5c.msi
When I try to install latest RW I get the error message Unable to locate C:\windows\downloaded Installations\ {59C1D8F1-45224EB6-97BD35C7E4D280C3\ATIRW2.MSI

Help! Soyo KT 400 Black Dragon ATI 7500 AIW Athlon XP 2600

Have you tried the ATI uninstall all tool?
How about driver cleaner and cab cleaner?

It took me a few days to figure it out and I was on the verge of fdisk but

The uninstaller fixed all the problems, but make sure you only select the remote.
I really hate Windows
