I downloaded an anime episode in .asf format using one of those peer-to-peer sharing programs. It got to 99% completed and I thought it would disappear from the ^active^ list in a second but all of a sudden I lose the transfer and it stops at 99% completed, however the file size says it's downloaded 81979k/81979k. Trying to open it with WMP results in a [this format is not supported] message (other incomplete .asf files play what they've completed if you try to open them) not to mention I can't get it open in Virtualdub (the early one that supports .asf). Is there any way to save this damaged file? Thanks.
