Radeon VII and Eyefinity without any Displayport Monitors?

I jumped the VII Train and bought a Sapphire card (ETA 22 feb.). I am running a Eyefinity setup with 3 monitors without displayport and are considering this solution http://www.clicktronic.com/en/products/dvi/productview/displayportdvi_adapterkabel_casual/ but would a displayport to HDMI solution be better?

Any experience with Vega 56/64?

Ok for HD resolution( the one shown only does 1920 x 1200) but display port to hdmi adapters may be of more use in the future and decent ones will support higher resolutions.

I think I am going for the Displayport to HDMI solution - bonus is also that I can use the onboard HDMI and spare one cable.

Solved: I finaly got my card and ended up using Displayport to HDMI, biggest problem was getting driver to work - DDU, and uninstalling both AMD driver and Intel GPU driver did the trick
