Releasing March 2017, on Wii U and whatever Nintendo's next console will be named.

Trailer looks fantastic. It still doesn't have that classic Zelda tone that is burned into my brain as a child, but it does come close. I hope its good and makes me actually want to buy a Nintendo console again finally.

Shame indeed. Would have made a nice holiday gift for my son this year.

Although, its releasing right before his birthday in April.
 
Looks great! It's interesting to be seen how Wii U can run such an open world. Xenoblade Chronicles X has a similar world and looks fantastic, but has serious pop-in issues. I don't think Nintendo would be happy to have similar open world performance in a Zelda.
 
It's not that impressive when games like Skyrim existed on the 360 etc, graphics are very underwhelming, but no doubt it will good.,
 
The game looks ugly for 2016 but alive.. more alive than most games.. to bad that Nintendo is still stuck in the past.. I was looking at people play this and it looks like 25fps in some places.. i just hope hope hope.. nx will be a ps4+ lv, that this Zelda will have a nice 1080p 60fps... and why not more detail!
I still believe Zelda MUST be a game like witcher 3... dark, scary in some places and beautiful!!!! But i will take anything.. almost anything what Nintendo trows at us :D
 
I think it looks great...sure I would have preferred that they eased up on the cell shady look and had less of the muted colours but otherwise it'll be super fun to play. I bet there's all sorts of little animations and detail in places that you'll find as you play through. I kinda prefer games like this to look a little more cartoony and less realistic

No idea if it'll look much different on NX...my bet is that any differences will be minor
 
I wish they showed Link fighting in the interior of a dungeon too. Seeing some underworld would have made the trailer more complete.

I don't think Nintendo has much to show anyone for the next few months so they'll just show off a few bits here and there as time passes.

What a contrast between Nintendo and Sony...Nintendo hardly has anything to show for big chunks of the year and Sony blows people away
 
Are you guys referring to the style or what? I think it looks quite beautiful, love the style, smooth animations and atmosphere it breaths. Only thing up till now I don't like is lensflare. Then again, I think lensflare is stupid as ****...

The rest of what I've seen makes me:drool: :drool: :drool:

Granted, Zelda BotW will probably be the game I'd enjoy the most of everything shown at E3 but really Nintendo has very little to show for long stretches of time

I'm not a huge fan of the way it looks...the colours seem a little washed out and pastel-like and things have a bit too much of a cell shaded look but otherwise it looks great!
 
Might be my last WiiU title picked up. At this point I dont expect to jump into the NX unless they somehow surprise us with something special.
 
Not a fan of the Zelda series (never really got into the series) but this game looks beautiful.
Its not 'super awesome edgy realistic' like everything else that's not on Nintendo but its just pretty as hell.

I'd have to see how this game plays out and perhaps I may end up getting it at some point.

In all honestly, this game is still going to look exactly like this if it came out on a system with equal power as the Xbone and PS4. It'll be more 'glittery' and vibrant with the 3d effects, less jaggies, more sharper and the open world most likely would be a ton more populated. But its going to just look the same as this. (like a twilight princess HD, but with higher poly count and higher res textures or wind waker HD)
And that's why Nintendo themselves don't need the most powerful hardware to make their games look good.

Sony is a slick presenter of games that have no release dates and are a year(s) away.

I like what I see with Zelda. Looks fun.
