Alright. I'm tired of my rinky-dink basic keyboard. I want something awesome. Looked up Logitech's gaming keyboards and saw that they have a new G19 out. I was going to buy the G15v2 but the G19 looks ****ing sick. $170 vs $70 though? How long before the mod community gets some badass apps for the thing?

Also, G35's are getting awesome reviews from just about everybody. Thinking about dropping $100 for a pair of those.

I've had my G35's for awhile and love them. I don't online game, so I've never used the mic function, so I can't comment on that. I find the sound is good for me, with plenty of bass during explosions and stuff. I am NOT an audiophile, just a gamer.:)

I dunno. It's pulling good reviews from just about everywhere.

IDK, the bit-tech review isn't particularly glowing. It's a standard keyboard with a little LCD screen. For the cost you could get a quality keyboard and a secondary monitor. Thats just my opinion though.

I know it's got one of the highest amount of multiple-key inputs out there. I also like the amount of Macro keys. The only bad thing about the thing is its price.

Alright, that price on the G19 is killing it for me. Now it's between the G15v2 or the G110. G110 has USB 2 where the G15 only has 1.1, but it has the screen.

Do USB headsets work on 1.1 just fine?

FWIW last spring I was looking into keyboards and got a G15. I love it. I use the LCD screen with a lot of the games I play and the kb itself is fine for typing and gaming. It's just the right type of clickiness I like. Not too clicky but I know when I hit a key. There are macro buttons (even though I almost never use them) and a couple other features like the gaming mode slider that disables the Windows key (I usually pop the Windows key out on my kb's) and multimedia controls as well as a quick button to turn on/off the kb lighting.

I just picked up the G930 on Amazon for $129. (Sale during the Holidays)

I also just picked up the G19 on Amazon for $159.99 + $40 MIR ($119.99 after).

Before the G19, I had a 2nd gen G15. Between the G15 and the G19 not much you notice when just typing or playing games. The only real difference is the screen. The G19 has a much higher resolution and it's color. I use it to display a large amount of data being monitored with AIDA64 Extreme. There are few other differences, such as improved media control buttons. The volume roller is much nicer on the G19. It has more G keys also.

I've had headsets in the past that had wires and I found myself often tangling in them. I am really liking these wireless G930s though. They sound great, are comfortable and no cord to tangle with. The 7.1 sound is not as pronounced as real speakers, but still works well enough that when I play games, I can tell which direction the sound is coming from.
