Trouble folding with the 290x

There are many accounts of the R9 290X's being able to fold so your card should be able to run.
The GPUS.TXT file is located in the "user profile\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient" folder but you can't edit it. Well you can edit it but it doesn't do anything because each time the client connects to the assign server the assign server checks to see if your card is supported. If the assign server doesn't recognize your card then you will not get a WU.
The best bet would be to have a look at your FAH log file. Can you attach it?

I just had to uninstall the FAH software, then it started rendering on the X290.
How much is average work pr day on the 290? when i overclock it. It shows around 185K.
Jumped 5 places today, from 102 to 98 with one single day of crunching with the 290
