That's just what I call "The KAC Effect", which is KAC being KAC.

It sounds like the score you are getting is normal for the CPU. So it's not really an issue, it just means the GPU could go faster if the CPU had some more headroom.

And holding off on that... not a bad idea. AMD just announced some fresh new Zen3+ stuff at CES. And the prices\supply on CPU's isn't like GPU's so buy when your ready and enjoy the performance boost when you get it
