And if it is, is it actually running at a dope 60 fps or are we talking about a fluctuating 60 fps?

It has both options but I played the whole Demo in 4K 30FPS Quality settings because I am a Console Elitist and 30FPS dont bother me none when its nice and smooth.

Gave the fps mode a shot on my x, felt like it ran at a pretty much constant 60 fps, and it still looked pretty good despite running at 1080p.

Just tried the demo and I agree -- it is dope!!!

Tried extreme mode for graphics and still maintained 60fps at 1440p most of the time (sometimes it dips down to 55-58).

The car list will help me decide whether I'm buying this or not...

Thanks to gamepass I wont be paying a dime to play this on release day on both my X1X and 1080 ti on my 65" samsung 4k, suck it bitch and yes I didn't pay a nickel for 2 years of gamepass either.

not sure i want to spend $100 to play it early. tier 1 and 2 release on october 2nd. however on the xbox store it lists the ultimate edition releasing on the 27th @ 2300.
