Maybe it's the same as you just linked, but I just got an auto-redirect ad that was a microsoft spoofed website. No way I'm gonna take an auto-redirect to anything seriously when writing a post, but it's about the worst sort of ad.

We really need to consider our provider/configuration options if there are some.
 
I've gotten this twice this week on 2 different computers (home and work).

EDIT: Just happened agian. WTF is going on??

The company at least seems to be non-malicious, but it's one of those "I'll keep your computer up to date" things where they try and charge for a free automated service...

I'm sorry I haven't been available to look at this. Have not been home much last couple weeks.

I'll get the ads disabled until I have some time to figure out what's going on.
 
Is this only happening w/ android, or are iphone users experiencing this as well?
 
That should solve the problem for now. All display ads should be disabled.

(along with the mobile ads)
 
I saw the same. clearly something not working as it should with ad providers. all have been disabled for now.
 
I've only had this on mobile lately with an iPhone. I got one on my desktop a week or two ago (believe I posted about it) but haven't since then.

Thanks for giving us a quick solution until you have the time to take a look at it ichy, much appreciated.
