Marvel's Avengers

Robot enemies... more robot enemies... a few “people” enemies in hazmat suits... what kind of lazy BS enemy design is this? Everything about this game so far is just screaming “lazy” to me apart from the story moments. Just make this mfker a movie and be done with it.

Not sure how much longer I can go on. Will try and finish the story but that boring ass “iconic” mission for hulk almost broke me

Yes the green condition mission was terrible. Now got Tony mission which is fun. But controlling Iron Man is like controlling myself when I am with your mums. The shot never goes straight where I want, things fly all over the place and the stick keeps hovering after I am done.

Are there ever better enemies? Getting really tired of just killing variations like “green robot” or “robot with staff weapon.”

I don’t think so because you have AIM and all they do is make robots.
Enemies might be available when you pay for DLC. So you can pay to change looks/costumes of enemies.

I am messing with you.

Update (9/4/2020): According to eagle-eyed fans, the motherboard is none other than the very same one found in Sony’s PlayStation 3 console, suggesting the image is a mere conceptual mock-up based on the console details shared by Sony to date rather than a genuine like-for-like recreation of the PS5 internals.

In this day of the internet it's better just to wait for facts, News makes non stop click bait headlines, random internet people make nonstop fake pics.

It was bad enough when the world just had fake clothes and fake tits, now goddamn everything is fake or bs.

While I've saw the light and gone back to PC gaming, Cerny did state that they were really trying to not make another 747 decibal playstation again, plus from what their last patents showed, they're also using liquid thermal paste. So I think at best it will be quietish, at worst bit quieter than what the PS4 already is.

Lame (about the robots). Figured they would at least have some interesting “evil inhuman” enemies but I guess that’s too much to ask

The game is pretty terrible. Will try to finish the campaign but I can’t play more than 1 mission at a time since my fingers feel like they will snap. The controls are so bad and just the whole Destiny formula doesn’t work for me. They can go screw themselves.

Agreed. Sucks they screwed up something which could have been awesome.

Btw not sure if this is applicable to you guys as well but the combination of OLED, extremely bright colors, constant flashing explosions and a very dark room are giving me a headache that I haven't felt. This game is really causing me a lot of grief as after playing 1-1.5 hours I have a raging headache and today I woke up as if my left eye was sore.

Yes, I have extremely sensitive eyes.

...and a purdy mouth

But yeah, I somewhat feel your pain. My eyes are still recovering from LASIK and this game makes them strain more than the others I play. Can only make it an hour, maybe two tops.

Bias lighting will do wonders for this.

Have you calibrated your TV for a darker room?

Yes my TV is calibrated for darker room. I run it on 50 brightness even (which in morning looks low). I also think it is because of camera angles in missions that are underground facilities (which is every mission after elevator). The confined space makes for a shitty experience and camera keeps juggling around.

Game has enough going on to give someone epileptic seizures.

Gotcha..

Still, give bias lighting a try. It will ease eye strain when you game in the dark

Fking over it. Controls are hot garbage and I’m getting my @ss handed to me in this iron man mission with gear 3 levels higher. These stupid “stay in this circle until the hack is complete” bullshit is ridiculous.

I play to have fun and this **** is not fun.

I hated that mission. Technique is to fly high because as long as you are above the circle it still counts. Also that mission is buggy af as the percentages disappear after you die. Haha. I finished it by dodging and shooting while in flight. You can do triangle square triangle triangle combo. Means you can shoot without aiming. Then when my Super was ready I got into Hulk Buster and went to town. Took me 5 tries.

I also had a crystal that I maxed out for ranged damage so my blaster was two shooting the ads to death.

just save the hulkbuster for the end and keep wooshing in and out of the circle and you'll be fine. Also the bug with the percentage bar disappearing is well known...

Overall this game could've been so much more, but sadly isn't.

We shall see how commited they are to GASS, the game isn't beyond saving. As No Mans Sky can show, but it depends how willing they are to fix stuff.

depends on what's your problem with game is. For me it's the missing customization, the grind and the obvious lack of variety of enemies. The story isn't oscar-worthy too...

for a free game it would be ok, but not for a full-price 60 bucks game, at least not for me

It honestly plays like a f2p game... and is worth about as much. I’m a huge Avengers fan (my left leg is “Savage Avengers” themed) and they royally effed up this game.
