A fully enabled Tu-102 with solid clockings for 999 would help spur sales and entice many 1080 and 1080ti owners that were on the fence, if true. The 2080ti growth on the Steam survey is slowing down and that price point may need more value, imho.

I really don't mind 2 year GPU cycles. With next gen consoles launching end of 2020, a new nvidia launch around that time would be perfect for all the cross platform games coming out.
