Red Dead Redemption.

Just beat it.

I've been playing the game off and on since it's release. After I got to Blackwater I stopped playing for some reason. Then gave my PS3 to my parents to use so never got a chance to finish it. I regret not playing it continuously, as my memory is sketchy on some stuff. But over all what a great game. The look and feel is just perfect. And even though I had the ending spoilered for me, I still didn't know you could "keep going". Fortunately spindoctor told me it's not over till the credits roll. ;)

I really wish it would get a PC release though. :(

I almost stopped playing at that point as well. It just broke the ambiance of the rest of the game for me seeing cars and paved streets. I pushed through though and found the beauty of the Tall Trees area.

It wasn't the setting that bothered me, it was just that it felt like a really long epilogue. It was awkward how the game progressed into that.

i don't think many people enjoyed the last bit of the game which got mundane but i have to say, the payoff was worth it. you could see what they were trying to do with that segment i.e. showing john marston as a man who had left his violent past behind him and was trying to be a better man for his family. however, it still caught up with him when he was finally killed. as the tagline says... "outlaws to the end" ;)

besides, hunting bears was fun :p

If it isnt announced at this E3 as a deluxe pack with all DLCs bundled, then I doubt we will never see on pc. Maybe Project Cafe may get it in 1080p since the cpu architecture is rumored to be similar to the xbox cpu.

I see this game got a 4K patch for the Xbox One - anyone that already own it try it out? I am looking to pick this up whenever it goes on sale again.

If I would have started a new thread, someone would have been a smartass and say we already have a thread for this game lol. :D

looks sweet - most reviewers are describing the upgrade as sensational. the two things that stood out for me are both the heat haze and light shafts. sixteen af was added as well.

Picked this up when GameStop was getting rid of them for 99 cents a few years back for their used 360 discs.

This might be reason enough to purchase a XBX for me. Right now, I really don't have a single reason to do it.

If you have no games for the XBOX generations, I suppose, but I have 330 and going up for the XBOX generations with backcompat all the way through todays One X games. RDR2 will be purchased for the One X.
