did walking lunges with 60lbs in each arm, and deadlifted 3 sets of 185 (first time in years) and ran a mile...

Are you going uphill most of it? Even my mountain bike does 24ish mph average on flat terrain.

Yeah that's for a short duration. Doubt you ride 24mph avg for anything longer. Consider that the fastest avg speed in Tour de France is just under 25mph and that's with a road bike. Either you're a very talented asian or your speedometer is misconfigured....

1 hr power walk.
80 pushups (4x15 + 1 set of 20 at the end)
200 crunches (6x25 + 50 at the end)

Stupid f'ing bike is screwed up... Chain keeps hopping on the sprocket in the back... Took it to the bike store, damned place closed down! There goes my free maintenance for life :( Workout was great though, worked chest, back, some arms, and abs.

24mph for an hour, confirmed by my iPhones GPS *shrug*

do two sets each of 9 different exercises 3x a week. Happy cuz I finally got to 250lbs on the pulldown machine 8-)

I have to brace myself against the leg cushions and reach up for the bar cuz Im too light to pull it down by just gravity and I'm kinda short

I worked on a large bag of salt n vinegar chips the other day, followed with pulled pork for lunch today.

I went to the gym and then had a brownie. Just one, not two. But I reeeeally wanted that second brownie though.

Did arms tonight, useless night and I hate doing arms.
