Uncharted 2 Metacritic 9.8 so far !

Fired up multi today for the first time. Actually tried it before also but it never used to connect. Got the game patched to 1.01 and fired it up and after a while it connected. It is clear that I need to upgrade my internet connection at home.
Played one objectives map and one co-op map. Co-op was modest fun considering the lag and ultimately my team mates just abandoned me. However, objectives was pretty damn good with people running around and killing each other like complete maniacs. Was quite intense and enjoyed it quite a bit. My team scored the 200 points before the other team.
Overall, multi is very good and expect it to stay around for a long time. Just need better internets...

I have not played mp yet (except in the beta). My gf got this for me while I was in the hospital and I started playing the SP campaign Sunday when I got home. So far the game is great. I love it more than the first one.

I got both copies today.. drakes fortune and among theives and just had quick a playthrough of uncharted 2 and am completely blown away, Graphics are stunning and gameplay is perfect... PS3 exclusives just seem to be getting better and better. 
Gonna have to stop playing now and start drakes fortune.. because among theives is amazing so far.. I will most probally stop playing assasins creed 2 because of this, until both are finished at least.

Finished. Good game that could be better.
I think the biggest thing that annoyed me in the game is that stuff that looks climbable isn't.
I understand why they purposely did not let you climb everything but it takes me out of the game.
2nd thing is this game is too Disney. I wanna see some satisfying badass destruction, gore, blood splatters, dismemberment, etc.
Also story was way too predictable and cookie cutter movie like. I mean really, couldn't they think of any thing for a interesting plot twist or character development?

I was expecting MORE interesting motion control stuff in this one, not less.
Why does the loot have to be so fake with the blinking bright light? Why can't they have the real treasures just laying around or cleverly hidden but visible?

I personally don't think that gore etc would have added much value to the game. It wasn't a horror or a thriller, it was an action movie. Not all action movies need bloor/gore to be cool.
All said and done it was a nice Indiana Jones / Tomb Raider rip off with all the gameplay mechanics done right. Environments were beautiful, voice acting was perfect and gameplay was best in its genre.

Uncharted 2 was a very fun game. I will say it is a MUST PLAY for all PS3 owners. However there are a few bad things.
-no split screen coop.
-story not as good as the first game.
I played online coop for a while and that was fun too. Got repetitive eventually as there were only 3 missions in various difficulty settings. Brought the game for $40 during Christmas on a sale and eventually traded it into EB for $37.

Its deffintely worth playing through uncharted, I liked it as much as the second one, both of them were great.
