A top intelligence official under former President Donald Trump said on Friday that the government plans to release a report declassifying numerous UFO sightings.

"There are a lot more sightings than have been made public," former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.

"Some of those have been declassified. And when we talk about sightings, we are talking about objects that have seen by Navy or Air Force pilots, or have been picked up by satellite imagery that frankly engage in actions that are difficult to explain," he continued. "Movements that are hard to replicate that we don't have the technology for. Or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom."

"When we talk about sightings, the other thing I will tell you is, it's not just a pilot or just a satellite, or some intelligence collection," Ratcliffe continued. "Usually we have multiple sensors that are picking up these things, and so again some of these are just unexplained phenomenon, and there is actually quite a few more than have been made public."

Ratcliffe also added that intelligence officials try to look for a "plausible explanation" behind all unidentified flying aircrafts. But sometimes, he said, officials aren't able to justify their presence.

"Weather can cause disturbances, visual disturbances," he said. "Sometimes we wonder whether or not our adversaries have technologies that are a little bit further down the road than we thought or that we realized. But there are instances where we don't have good explanations for some of the things that we have seen."

The Pentagon is expected to release the report by June 1, Bartiromo said during the interview.

Looking forward to that since the 180 days countdown. Hope we get more than just IR videos that are a bit too blurry. They have much better cameras on aircraft now.

Florida Senator and Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee Marco Rubio became the latest member of the U.S. government to weigh in on the subject of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) on Wednesday, saying that the “stigma” associated with the subject has hindered efforts toward studying it.

“We have things flying over military installations, over military exercises, and other places, and we don’t know what it is,” Rubio said during an early Wednesday appearance on Fox Business Network’s Mornings with Maria Bartiromo.

“It isn’t ours. It isn’t anything that’s registered to the FAA, and in many cases exhibits attributes of things we’ve never seen,” Rubio said of unidentified aerial phenomena being studied currently by a Task Force run out of the Pentagon and the Department of the Navy.

Rubio adds that he feels it is important that the U.S. government attempt to ascertain what the phenomena in question may represent, “without any preconceived notions.”

A public accounting is proving to be an "onerous job of trying get everyone to come clean," one government adviser said.

The truth may be out there. But don't expect the feds to share what they know anytime soon on the recent spate of UFO sightings.

Some military and spy agencies are blocking or simply ignoring the effort to catalog what they have on "unidentified aerial phenomenon," according to multiple current and former government officials. And as a result, the Biden administration will likely delay a much-anticipated public report to Congress.

The Senate Intelligence Committee has asked the director of national intelligence to work with the Defense Department to provide a public accounting by June 25 on unexplained sightings of advanced aircraft and drones that have been reported by military personnel or captured by radar, satellites and other surveillance systems.

The request came after revelations in 2017 that the Pentagon was researching a series of unexplained intrusions into military airspace, including high-performance vehicles captured on video stalking Navy ships.

Those who are dazzled by aliens visiting earth are going to be very disappointed if that is what they're looking for here.
 
Doesnt matter that much who is behind the technology its the tech thats dazzling. I mean sure itd be cool to talk to another species from another planet but not having their level of tech would only make it somewhat interesting as they fly off while we stay grounded for god knows how many more centuries or millenia while we try to figure FTL or interdimensional travel and a wide array of other tech/science.

If its any countries itll eventually slip out to the rest of the planet and I can only imagine what we will be able to do with it.

If its aliens it kind of sucks in a way because I really doubt they will let us play with their toys.

But imo they probably arent us or aliens. The creatures people keep describing look like just another species of ape/human to me. They look too much like us. So either humans who mutated or evolved, a parallel maybe older civilisation, or a close humanoid species who came from the same planet we do. Just one with a long tech and evolutionary lead ahead of us.

So not that cool as far flung aliens and not that accessible like some countries tech would be.

It looks like a triangle because they filmed it looking from one side but they identified it as pyramidal shaped. The triangle/pyramid doesnt seem to fly using one of its points, its flying sort of sideways, so not observing obvious flight dynamics...
