On May 1st 2020 a classified briefing was generated about the UFO / UAP presence, via the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). Those familiar with the briefing articulated to me that the goal was to de-stigmatize the UAP problem and to promote more intelligence collection regarding UAP incursions and encounters with active military deployments. This UAP briefing was a build-on to a previous ONI briefing, generated October 18th 2019. Both were distributed across a wide range of intelligence networking platforms (such as SIPRNet, JWICS and various Intelink systems).

I was able to obtain information regarding these and other UAP related briefings - as well as - two unclassified slides and some of the most intriguing military captured UAP footage I have ever seen.

The context surrounding this content is important to understand - as its evidentiary value is best demonstrated through the lens of provenance. I want you to understand why this new evidence is worth your full attention - if it’s not inherently obvious to you.

Here is what I know about this footage and about the intelligence briefing that contained them.

BRIEFING / OVERVIEW

This intelligence briefing was generated to educate personnel on the UFO / UAP issue.

This intelligence briefing was generated to de-stigmatize and promote more intel collection, regarding the UAP issue.

This intelligence briefing contains numerous recent UAP cases with photo and video evidence to illustrate elements of the UAP issue.

This intelligence briefing contains an estimated 10 videos (FLIR and HUD) and about 10-12 photos documenting some of these UAPs.

BRIEFING / EVENT SERIES #1

An event series described involves the USS Russell.

This UAP event series took place during July of 2019 - involving Strike Group 9 within the Warning areas off of San Diego.

The USS Russell observed and recorded multiple “pyramid” shaped craft (see below image and video).

Observations of this encounter series were noted in detail.

BRIEFING / EVENT SERIES #2

An event series described involves the USS Omaha.

The USS Omaha observed and recorded a “spherical” shaped craft (see below image).

It is noted that the “spherical” craft was suspected to be a transmedium vehicle, and was observed descending into the water without destruction.

It is noted that the “spherical” craft could not be found upon entry to the water - and that a submarine was used in the search.

Observations of this encounter series were noted in detail.

BRIEFING / EVENT SERIES #3

An event series described involves an FA-18 pilot and a Weapon Systems Officer on March 4, 2019

Event series took place in the W-72 warning area off the coast of Oceana.

This series involved the WSO taking personal mobile phone images of UAPs out the cockpit.

The intelligence briefing clarifies that the WSO captured THREE different craft on the same sorti with the same cell phone.

Hard to understand why they seem to have such mundane and spartan shapes... spheres, discs, cigars, tic tacs, acorns, cubes, pyramids ect...

I suppose they dont care about shape and only care about function. Tells us they have mastered flight.

Assuming not just hoaxes in general, it implies either low-speed so aerodynamics doesn't matter (like the pyramids) or shapes designed to reduce friction (tic tacs/disks/cigars.)

Why regular shapes? If I were to speculate, and I am :D , it's that movement is accomplished by creating field imbalances at the various extreme points. Lets take the pyramid and stand it "upright." If you could create negative "pressure" near the top point and all of the others were neutral then it would rise. If you kept the pressure on top negative X, and two bottom points at X/2, then it would drift sideways. In practice, the upper point would always need to be engaged a little bit to counteract gravity.

What "pressure?" Who knows... just talking theory. Could be geomagnetic pushing against the earth's magnetic field, might be something else we don't really have a grasp on. The point is that having "points" lets you create unequal forces. Even the sphere internally could have an array that just aren't obvious.


It may be that the high speed tictacs, etc are created by one group, and the low speed pyramids are an attempt to replicate and understand the other. IE US military with some prototype stuff.

Or all of it is smoke and mirrors. :)

And its a spartan thing as well no artistry in what they design. Gives it a mass produced militaristic feel. We make some very elegant shaped aircraft that also allow for function in comparison, even some of the military stuff. Tho def we also make ugly but more functional aircraft but those do tend to be purely miltary oriented.

whatever theories we might pull outta our arses are doomed to fail because we frankly have no idea about how space travel over extreme distances might work. Realising that makes every assumption completely pointless. Heck, we even can't explain half of the things that happen on our own planet....

I find it 'entertaining' at best every time i read about all the theories regarding "aliens".

But, as a lot of other things, it keeps us occupied.

The Black Vault published the following statement from the Pentagon spokesperson:

“I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel. The UAPTF has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations. As we have said before, to maintain operations security and to avoid disclosing information that may be useful to potential adversaries, DOD does not discuss publicly the details of either the observations or the examinations of reported incursions into our training ranges or designated airspace, including those incursions initially designated as UAP.”

The Pentagon has confirmed that U.S. Navy personnel captured several leaked images and a video depicting unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAP, involving incidents being investigated currently by the Department of Defense’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF).

“I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel. The UAPTF has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations,” Pentagon Spokesperson Susan Gough told The Debrief in an email. The Pentagon's inspector general is looking into the actions the military has taken to address the spate of UFO sightings in recent years involving high performance aircraft that have violated military airspace.

The probe comes as Congress awaits a public report, due next month, from a host of national security agencies on the issue, and as advocates complain that some departments and agencies are not fully cooperating by sharing data.

"The objective of this evaluation is to determine the extent to which the DoD has taken actions regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP)," Randolph Stone, assistant inspector general for evaluations on space, intelligence, engineering and oversight, wrote in a Monday memo to the heads of the military branches and other top military commanders and intelligence chiefs.

"We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives," it added.

The memo was first reported by The Debrief.

It was not immediately clear who decided that the department's independent watchdog should take on the issue; the IG's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

This looks like they are taking the whole thing seriously now and that some cultural or other issue kept the various services from cooperating on the matter for decades isnt being viewed favorably.

Ya some tweets on the matter from 60 min producers said a piece was coming and it will rattle some cages... Its probably simply that there is a sea change where most of the world has publicly been taking ufos seriously for decades the US is finally officially coming onboard. Course theres some evidence the gov has been taking ufo's seriously for some time secretly.
