Put everyones name in a hat.
But also put like 5x the amount of your own name in that hat. If you pull out someones name, they win.
But if you pull out your own name, you eliminate someone via dice roll. (put the contestants names on a list in no particular order. Roll 2 dice to eliminate the person)
Always replace the names you pulled out so even the eliminated person's name can still be in the hat. If you pull the eliminated person's name out of the hat (unfortunate if they got eliminated) they also become an eliminator so that their name also allows you to eliminate someone else from the list.
So you can win by getting your name pulled out of the hat, or you can win by being the last person remaining in the hat. And you can get screwed over by getting eliminated prior to having your name pulled from the hat.
