As for the thread; KAC's timeout ends in three days. Whether he comes back or not, it's up to him I guess.. But since I am the one that banned him, here's how it works. Once upon a time, permabans were the usual around here. I don't really believe in permabans; hence I escalate. If I notice that you tend to screw up time and time again, you get a bigger timeout. One month, two months, three months, 6, and so on. If you behave nicely for quite a long time, it resets. KAC is in the 6-month threshold due to repeatedly screwing up.

Hope this make sense.

edit: that all being said, I'd still love to see KAC back here. I just think his ban was deserved, and if he came back, he needs to listen to the mods. But he's a character, and even was kind at times - I wouldn't mind him around here again one bit

I'm betting that in RL KAC is the kind of guy you'd go out for a beer with and have fun getting plastered.

Well I personally don't believe you, I think you've always meant the spiteful things you've said. I could be wrong there, but what I believe is irrelevant anyway.

If both of you were just always joking about things like that like you claim, well that would be baiting people & trolling - which is against forum rules. We all willingly agreed to abide by these rules when we signed up. And if someone doesn't abide by the rules, then they usually get warned by the mods for such behavior. And if they don't listen to the mods, then they get the hammer.

That's just the facts of the matter. Not only that, but it's not exactly difficult to understand: In the end anyone that's banned - they did it to themselves. Because all of us are responsible for our own behavior.

haven't been here since september but it looks pretty close to dead already

I have 10-20 minutes per day on forums. With the speed of my posting, it may appear differently but I have substantially cut down my time on forums.

Ain't nobody got time for that anymore.
 
I dont understand how someone can get stressed out over people on a forum. If you dont like whats being said really just ignore it and move on :lol:
